Bayshore Campgrounds

Hidden gem. Stayed right on the water - spectacular views of the Chesapeake. Quiet and serene getaway spot to sit by the bay, hear the waves and watch the sunset. Owners were super friendly and attentive. Campground is well maintained with lots of mature trees and new landscaping. Nature preserve is close by with scenic hikes and wildlife. Short drive to charming historic Chestertown with shops and restaurants and interesting architecture. Can't wait to go back!

1st off let me say that this review is 10 years over !!!nnMy Family  has been coming to Bayshore Campground for 10 years.nEach camping trip is better than the last time !!nnThe owners are always updating the camp ground and landscaping to keep everything spotless. The owners and staff are super friendly  and helpful and their friendliness also has rubbed off on their seasonal campers as well because everyone is very friendly and happy ......how can you not be when you're at such a beautiful campground.nnThe views of the Chesapeake Bay at sun set are stunning.nnBayshore is a great place to sit back and relax or you go fishing and crabbingnAlso make sure to go into Rock Hall and enjoy some great restaurants and shops.nIf I could I would camp at Bayshore every weekend.

This is a very nice campground for people who won't need to be entertained. Literally right on the water with a boat launch you could drop kayaks or canoe or small fishing boat right here. Bike into Rock Hall a cute little shore town. There's a nature preserve. This area has a lot to offer. This campground's best amenity is its location. Lots of trees, a playground, and pet friendly just what we needed. Next time we will stay on the water.

Beautiful RV campground. The owners have done a fantastic job of landscaping. We have been here over the course of 4 years and have nothing negative to report. The only drawback is there is no sewer hook ups only a 3 dump stations. The owners are working diligently to get permits but understand a farmer is constantly blocking their attempts to do it.nInspite of that it is well maintained and the owners are extremely nice and very friendly.
