AA Co. has opened up 50% dining and you still have your entire seating area closed. Ridiculous isn't even the word. A good reminder to spend my money elsewhere.

If you're looking for a covid - safe place to get coffee, do not go here. It's small. Compact. And everyone crowds around the pickup station. Can't blame them since there's no other way to know when your order is ready.nnThis location needs to do a much much better job of facilitating covid safe drink pickup outside of the very slow drive thru.

Dunkin’ fan here going out of my way to commend this Starbucks location! I work at Key and receive gifts cards here often. Yes it’s small and the line is almost always long, but I use the app and the pick up times are accurate. When I walk in I’m greeted, even when the car line is wrapped around the building. The few times mobile orders have been backed up, it was communicated to me and I could obviously see everyone hard at work. Can’t thank you guys enough for starting my mornings well. “May the caffeine kick in before the chaos does.”nnPS- I wish caramel brûlée was year round, lol.

It’s Starbucks duh! Of course they gave me this birthday coupon but didn’t let use it. Like airline miles that let you use them so the price they artificially jacked up is knocked down so you end up paying slightly more than you would have if you just bought it. It’s Starbucks.
