Sentinel Self Storage - Churchville, MD

For a strictly outdoor storage unit, Sentinel is exactly what I could ask for, except they could use a little more security and 24/7 access. In terms of security, there could be more cameras, in case something does happen, and although they offer insurance, it's only up to a certain dollar amount covered. In terms of access, they are not open 24/7, which isn't a deal breaker, just a potential inconvenience.nnBesides the security and hours of access, their rates are the best I could find and for me the location is incredible. Not in a heavy traffic area, tucked away and out if site from passerbyers, and right next to the driving range and artic circle. The staff is very nice and helpful. I really appreciate being a customer. I do recommend use of Sentinel Storage and I do wish this company the best!

Talk about a customer oriented business, sentinel self storage in Churchill is clean delivers the product that you want and helps in every aspect of your transitions. Ava and Anita treated me as if I was the only customer they had When in fact every unit they had was full . The prices are fair. They are great Americans that do recognise the sacrifice of service members and they reflect that in their prices . I highly recommend this business and will use them again if the need arises.

My experience with Sentinel was great. I’ve used them for storage twice and both times I got a really decent rate and great service. Eva and Anita are always super polite and helpful. I actually lost the key to my unit this last time around and both ladies did everything they could to help me take care of the problem. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend!

Great customer service

Clean and easily accessible facility. There is always friendly and helpful staff available weekdays and weekends. Prices are very reasonable.
