Good food - good service...not bad for Elkton

Our server needs to be retrained. I actually felt bad for her because her customer service skills was lacking, the place was not busy but this server was clearly not committed to making tips. All of the food came out at once, checked on us two times, the second time she checked on us she put the bill down on the table without asking if we would like desserts and we weren't even done eating. My beverage needed to be refilled however instead of asking she brought my lunch date a drink to go and never refilled my beverage
