Everything that three of us ordered was terrific. We had no idea what we ordered, but the appetizers and entrees were so good. Helpings were more than adequate. Fast and very good service considering all the social distancing. Thank you for making us happy that we stopped there.

I love this place, it's one of my favorite restaurants in town. All the food is delicious and fresh. I love the summer rolls, crispy noodles, and pho with rare steak. Amazing!

For carryout during the pandemic you can't beat this place. They are quick, food is delicious, portions are generous and prices moderate. I've had lots of pho and theirs is in the top 25%. Their spring rolls are as good as any I've ever had. Mr. Pho is a great option in Cecil County and also a great choice if you are traveling since its a minute off I95.
