Wouldn't cash my paycheck for me even though it was drawn on their bank. Refused to call the verification number on the check to get it verified to cash it. Cashed it at Walmart with no issues and no hassle.

Great service and Staff. Chase is the best. However, I wish they would update their ATM to dispense more denominations other than just 20's!

I went to cash a rewards check like I do often. A new teller at the bank was very rude saying she couldn’t cash because my husband wasn’t with me. However, we both signed the Check. I believe you should not allow her to work with general public. It was unnecessary and shows she doesn’t have the professionalism needed for that position. Another woman came and clarified and have stellar service. I would give additional training or put the new teller in another position that does not have to deal with customer service.
