We had a specialty door and the handle broke, they were here immediately, repaired the lock and made us all the keys we need. I would absolutely use them again

I got stellar service from Bryan of the Flying Locksmiths this morning, who replaced my old door lock with an electronic key pad. He called me to let me know he was coming and showed up when he said he would. He explained everything to me before he started work and called my attention to the fact that the new lock wouldn't cover the spot where the old lock was (which I knew and was planning to repaint the door anyway.) He was quick, polite, and professional, and when he was through, he walked me through how to set the code for the keypad. Apart from all this, he was a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have in my home.nnIn addition, the person that I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment was very professional, polite and easy to deal with.nnI will have no hesitation in using the Flying Locksmiths for future work and will recommend to my neighbors. A great experience overall!

They are not open 24 hours for service

The work was done the same day we called! Yeah. Rick did the work and he was wonderful. Called when he got to the property and explained the issue and what needed to be done. Fixed it and then called again to let us know the repair had been made. He even sent pictures when he was done. We are very satisfied with everyone at the company! Highly recommend them.
