I called. They said they would be right out. I waited 45 minutes. I called them back. They said “oh sorry we don’t have a technician in the area”. I asked did you know this 45 minutes ago? They said yes.nI am locked out of my house and they did not have the courtesy to call me back so I could make other arrangements. I would suggest that no one use this service as the customer service is is lacking

I needed a copy of a master lock key and this kiosk was able to do so. It sticks a little bit, but works and will most likely loosen up over time. It was very simple to use and delivered to me on time since the specific key wasn’t stocked in the machine. Will definitely use this again over Home Depot if needed.

I locked myself out of my apartment in Bel Air and called. Someone came to my home in the exact amount of time he said he would - only 25 minutes. The opening of the lock only took 5 minutes max. For that, I am extremely thankful and impressed. The only downside is that it was $160. I have never needed to have this done before so I don't know what to compare it to.

Was quick and awesome

The machine is super easy to use! You insert your original key into the slot, follow the touch screen instructions, then swipe your card to pay! I purchased 2 keys and got a third one free! It all took less than 5 minutes! I recommend to anyone, and will definitely be a repeat customer.
