I was charged with a crime that I did not commit. Mr. Brown listened to the facts as I presented them to him, asked in depth and thought provoking questions and guided me through the process. In the end the truth prevailed thanks to Tom. My charges went away as did my bogus protective order. Mr. Brown is worth every cent that I paid him. While I hope to never be in this situation again, my first call would be to Tom if I was.

May seem indifferent at first but when it becomes your turn (meaning your court case is near) his devotion to you is 100% He guided me through a complicated process and helped me decide on the best outcome. Highly Recommend if you need an experienced lawyer in Cecil County. And if you have been arrested by any agency in the county you def need his help
