My experience has so far been outstanding. Shelly and Sons really have a great understanding of quality customer service and their work ethic is beyond reproach. There is another special parameter I find that most services do not provide and that is they are punctual and for some reason, if they are not on time, you get prior notification and will work to get to the site ASAP. Tom is a great and very experienced electrician, whose presence is very kind and approachable, will answer all questions very satisfactory so you get a full understanding of the work needed.nShelly Sons have a customer in me forever!
