Indian Acres of Chesapeake Bay

Great place to get a vacation home or just a weekend home great neighbors but one lady at the security gate is very rude and impatient everything else is fine the food is great and over all security is fine.

We have been 'funstead' owners since 2007. We spend most weekends here enjoying life ' off grid' (we have been getting cable 'next year' since day 1). Good fishing at the Tdock and some of the ponds, 2 pools with slides, CampStore (delicious, reasonably priced food) game room, covered pavilion for occasional weekend bands & djs and lots of open areas to gather with friends and family. Some negatives are: inaccessible mgmt team, rules changing on a whim with little to no notice (outside of Covid restrictions), lack of an onsite pumping company.

Open year round. Big pool. Bath houses could be cleaned more! The Boat ramp gets shallow.

It's a great place to finally rest! Highly recommend it.
