I love the place been many times and i see something new and awesome each time, one thing I can not more of an emphasis on is PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES, snakes like this are here and they won't run from you stomping through they will wait till steep to close and bite, enjoy the woods safely ud83dude01

Beautiful lake and surrounding area. Saw a bald eagle, mallards, geese, and a possum. Would like to come back on a warmer day.

Ran into a spider web and tweaked out but it was beautiful. I will be returning with backup for emotional arachnid fear support lol.nAs I'm from the north I am not as accustomed to such untouched paths. It was absolutely gorgeous :)

It's just a nature preserve. They are all great. It's treat yourself to nature time. I recommend bug repellent and pants.
