Etouffée

Fantastic food! The Louisiana Nachos are my new addiction. Awesome vibe, very friendly staff. Food came hot and promptly. Definitely will be going back.

Got there at 803 not realizing that they closed at 8 and we were still welcomed like we were the first customers of the day.nFood came out quickly and it did not disappoint. We had the Louisiana Nachos, the Seafood Kickers, and Boudin egg rolls. All was very tasteful and filling.

Fantastic food all around. We tried the Etouffee, Jambalaya, white beans, and fried catfish. We're not big fans of white beans in general but we liked them, the catfish was hot and crispy, and we've lived in Louisiana for all of our lives, and that was both the best etoufee and jambalaya either of us have ever had! We had the fried bread pudding for dessert, and it was incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Oh my god, the homemade crackling, the seafood burger with fresh cooked veggies, the white beans and rice, with fried catfish and corn grits, I can't even begin to explain the awesome that is the bread pudding. My only complaint, I needed more fresh cooked veggies because they were that good.

Who doesn't love Etouffee? The name says it all, and it was just the right amount. They have a really great drink selection, and they are made right. I absolutely hate when places put too much alcohol in their drinks, and all you taste is the alcohol. Well done to Etouffèe for how good everything is.
