We had an excellent experience handling a private house sale with Tournet & Associates. Even before we had a formal arrangement to have them represent us, Christie provided us with an extended initial consultation that explained a lot of the options and nuances that could be involved. Then, once formally engaged, they were very accessible to explain the legal nuances, and address the many questions and issues that came up during negotiations and right through the closing. Their accessibility and responsiveness were especially important as we were handling the entire process from out of town. They were always professional as well as personable, and their fees were very reasonable.
