The salesman Norman was extremely nice. I saw a car online and went there to test drive. Didn't have to make an appointment to do it. He let me test drive right away as soon as I got there. He was personable and didn't pressure me to buy. Although I didn't buy a car here, I did appreciate the service.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I was told there were no mechanical issues at all with the car I was interested in purchasing. I was guaranteed a 30 day warranty after asking specific questions about mechanical issues. Within the first week of purchase I notified the owner of the dealership of a problem with the ac. He told me to bring the car back so his mechanic could check it out. He said it was probably something minor and he would fix it. He gave me the run around for over two weeks about when the mechanic would be on site. Then he completely started ignoring my calls and messages. I had my boyfriend call from another number and he answered. He was extremely rude to him and then blocked him. I tried calling right after that from another number and he sent it straight to voicemail. The problem with the ac is costing me $1300 and he is refusing to repair the ac despite the warranty.

Do not buy from him!!! I bought a vehicle 2 months ago I have not even gone 3000 miles in it and the transmission has gone out! He will not answer the phone nor return my calls! The vehicle only has 94k miles total.

He sold me a $4000 Mitsubishi, I paid cash. On my way home it broke down. The alternator and battery was no good. Has an oil leak. And he lied about everything . I am a disabled single woman. I have no one. I live alone. I have COPD, and recently my right hand had to be amputated, due to a doctor's mistake. He was heartless, and uncaring. Please don't ever go to him for a vehicle...
