My experience was amazing. Everyone at the dealership were true professionals. Loved my SUV and my wife still cant believe it. Everything was perfect. I enjoyed dealing with Benjamin Henry, he was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the vehicle I was interested in. This was really helpful because I was 3 hours away. I looked all over for just the right deal and I happened to also find just the right salesperson.

Recieved offer from dealership after requests through the true car website we’re made. Called dealership and talked to Lee about the offer and asked to speak with the Internet sales manager. Was informed he was off but would be in the next day and I would be introduced. Arrived at the dealer and was greeted by friendly staff. After some awkwardness and not believing I had such a good offer two salesman’s came in and gave me a lot of BS about losing money and not sure where true car gets their prices from. Should have gotten a military discount on top of that price since I filled out the paperwork. Salesman wouldn’t stay in the office. He kept leaving after every question like he dint want to talk in front of us which seemed shady. Added $495 for BS autoguard that we didn’t want but said we didn’t have a choice. If that’s the case that should have been included in the offer since it couldn’t be removed from the vehicle. Test drove the vehicle with Navigation and a bunch of fancy features then after we took care of all the paperwork and was getting ready to drive away we were informed that if we wanted to keep some of the functions we had to pay a monthly subscription. Not completely happy with our experience. The 2021 Acadia has a bunch of glitches with the electronics. Never consistent so we’re sure the dealer won’t do anything.

I got a fantastic deal on my truck from here. I got quite a few extras added on to my truck with no problem. The finance department was great to work with too.
