I was very impressed with this dealership! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to the time I drove my new ride home! Brandon Black was an outstanding sales person! This dealership is so great. I got my Benz here last week, and the staff is amazing and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone as everyone should own a Benz as they are the best vehicle ever. It has so much room, and is so comfortable.

The Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Covington can’t be beat! They are hands-down the best in the business. Specifically, my Service Advisor, Mr. Ryan Caffarel and Manager Gordon Hanna.nnThey are extremely personable, professional and accommodating.nnWhen bringing my car for service, if I request a loaner, there is a nearly brand new Mercedes waiting for me. When picking mine up after the service, repairs have always been top notch and my (2016) E400 has been detailed inside and out to perfection. It literally looks like it came off the showroom floor.nnI’ve had many cars in my lifetime due to the amount of miles I drive daily. I’ve always had my vehicles serviced at the dealership where I’ve purchased it and I can honestly say, Mercedes Benz of Covington is by far the best in every aspect.nnWhen I’m ready to purchase my next car, I will shop at this dealership MAINLY for the Service Department. The service is fantastic. My 3 day old 2019 Sprinter had a check engine light. No questions ask and was brought into service. Immediately. 1 1/2 hours later I was driving away repaired and satisfied. Margie, Sprinter service, you rock!!! Thank for the quick turn around with a smile.
