Always delicious with such a broad menu to select from. They have really good soups that I like among many other things. The staff always makes good food, and I love eating here regularly. I have had it delivered through food delivery service companies before, but it is so much better eaten fresh right there in the restaurant.

Update: 1 year later. Still love the food, somehow the service has gotten even worse, ordered 2 salads recently, got home with the wrong salads, despite the receipt being correct. I see a number of other similar reviews here, I wonder if their management has even taken notice. It’s making me choose other options lately even though I used to love getting food here, makes me sad.nn1 year ago:nLove the food, it’s just never the right food, tonight was probably the last time I go for a while, ordered a chicken Caesar salad at drive thru, charged for a chicken Caesar salad, received a plain Caesar salad. I didn’t know it’s my job to make sure that my order was correct, this was at least the 3rd time in the last 2 months my simple order has been wrong. Gonna take a break from Panera for a bit.

Panera on a Friday night was becoming a little family ritual, because when you find something your toddler will actually eat--you stick with that. When we moved to Covington, we were glad to see they had a Panera, but the service at this location is incredibly slow. The dining room is usually pretty dirty. We usually order the same few things and the food is never consistent, week-to-week.
