Sky Zone Metairie

It was fun! Cashier was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of from jump! So sweet! It was crowded but we all had a blast! My kids had fun from start to finish! Clean and comfortable! I do think that jumping with a mask on made it really hard but that’s a choice we made when we bought the tickets. We will be back soon!

The staff was very friendly & great job to the young lady who was doing so much at one time yet still made sure all of our needs or wants were met thank you. She was great with answering any questions I had and great with the kids. I can not remember her name but I remember it started with a M. -Sarah

Brought my youth basketball team for end of season party. They had a blast and even the dads got involved. Sky Zone’s hospitality was amazing. If you are looking for a quick and easy party option then this is the place to be. Thank you SkyZone.

Good experience, not great. The first two staff members that greeted and registered us were fantastic and super friendly. Once we started jumping I felt that the staff was not friendly inside the bouncing area and it felt that they were almost stalking us. No interaction with our 2 and 5 year old but they were quick to tell them when they were doing something wrong. Not a very warm environment.

It was great, but they need more staff to help with check in. We waited in line for about 35 minutes and I want to say the manager wasn't concerned about everyone's wait. She even had her mask off while telling others to wear one. But all in all the kids had fun
