Water quality in question AGAIN. Public safety seems to not be a concern. March 2021

The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and belittling. When she informed me that I was supposed to be provided water from another service she gave me the wrong information and hung up the phone before I can ask any other questions. I would personally try and never purchase a home where they provided any services based on how rude they were.

A horrible company; no one returns calls. The fire hydrant across the street has been running for a month now and we still have brown water in our homes. AND THE MONTHLY BILLS ARE OUTRAGEOUS.

Should never let a government entity run a water company. My plumber needs to know the location of the clean out and Tammny Utilities won't come out and locate it. Their words the cleanout valve is my responsibility not theirs. She didn't even want to hear that this is first time we had plumbing issues since we bought the house. We were never shown where the cleanout valve. On top of all this their customer service is horrible. I didn't have this problem when my water company was a private company.

The fire hydrant at the corner of Driftwood and Goldenwood Streets in Tanglewood Subdivision has been running for over 48 hours without any reasonable response from the office the three times I have called to question about this situation. I have lived here over 25 years and this has **NEVER** happened for this extended period of time!!!!!!!!!!
