St Tammany Parish Fair Grounds

Here to visit the St Tammany Parish Fair. Great family oriented event. Plenty to see and eat. Rodeo is a must. Kids can visit the animals for 4H show.

Lines were too long for rides, older kids cutting lines. Other parents and myself had to create a barricade so our children could actually enjoy a ride after an hour long wait. There's no structure and honestly we won't be back next year. Ridiculous!

Had a great time! So much to see and do. Bring lots of cash and sunscreen.

There are so many words I would like to use for this fair and the grounds. The parish fair doesnt have anything other than over priced rides, greasy food and alot of sweat and dirt. I want to see more crafts and family oriented fun other than over priced rides and games. I'd much rather pay at the gate for admission and have more to do. Also, there isn't enough shade or seating around the fair. I know you can go sit where the rodeo takes place but there isn't fans or anything happening in that area. This fair SUXS compared to every other fair that I have been to. With all the money the parish has, this once a year event should be so much better. O and it's not any one person's fault, but do to the lack of shade and seating, my son caught heat stroke after the first ride which was the ferris wheel.
