Service to help get me off a curb came a couple minutes before estimated arrival time. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which was awesome! Men who helped me out explained what they were doing and why, which put me at ease with my car. Wonderful service.! Thank you
The dispatcher was really helpful. Explained the process and asked questions to verify the info they had was valid. Payne was nice and very courteous. Everything went well
My complex is contracted with them. Response time can lag depending on how busy they are but usually they make it within a reasonable amount of time.
Super quick and friendly service. They communicated with me the entire time to keep me informed of what was going on. Paul was extremely courteous and helpful going out of his way to make sure he delivered the car exactly where I wanted it and in the same condition it left in. Would definitely recommend!
Was in a car accident and the police called them to tow my vehicle off the highway. Had to fight with the receptionist, supervisor, and owner to even be allowed to see my car, let alone get my own personal property out of the car; they insisted my car was impounded even though it wasn't. Somehow it was my fault for not explaining that it wasn't an impounding situation, even though all they had to do was call the cops to find that information out, or the fact that my insurance agent got the same run around when trying to help me get my own property. If I could just give an empty rating I would... 1 star is far too generous.
