Forsythe Park

I came here 3 years ago with my family and it smelled of sewage terribly. They were having serious plumbing issues. I thought after 3 years it would have improved. I'm happy it didn't reek but it is in serious disrepair which is so sad because it has the potential. The bathrooms were closed so I guess they are still having plumbing issues unfortunately. On a happy note... they have many trash cans as well as picnic tables. I just hope you or your kids don't need to use a restroom urgently. Fortunately Tiger Mart just down the road is nice enough and has working toilets.

Awesome park with beautiful views and sites in the area. Anything from a play area for the kids, a driving range, tennis courts, awesome picnic areas across the street down from the boat ramp, and the historic sites close by are something to not miss. Go check it out and see for yourself.

Great place to go walk, picnic at a bench, and let the kids play! Wheelchair accessible restrooms available!
