Terrible service. They have no idea what size units are on site. I rented a 10x25 climate controlled unit. I arrived with a trailer load of furniture and opened the unit to find a 10x15 size. I called service that must be out of the country and they kept telling me that's it's a 10x25. I told them I have a ruler and can send them a picture of the size. They said it was an estimated size. If by 10 feet. What a bunch of bull. I have another 10x25 init here that's not climate controlled and this is 10' smaller, but they keep telling me it's a 10x25 and that's what there charging me for. This use to be a Mini Storage and it was great with onsite service. Since this changed to Red dot it terrible. This is the last time I'm renting here.
