Please read this review!!!nMy son's car had been placed on cinder blocks and all tires removed, I am over 2 hours away. My son is a student at ULM and resides at Pinnacle apartments, I live in Central Louisiana. Not purchasing this vehicle at RYAN, I give them a call.nnThe gentleman I spoke with Dave McClellan, treated me as if I where his very own brother. He put me with the right folks and they as a group took care of this just like family. They could have took advantage but instead took the economical position or rather commonsense approach using their own vendors also.nnI can not speak higher of a company, truly an American company with American values. Really appreciate you!!!! They even offered to take him to class, unbelievable service.nnThese guys borrowed tires from someone, then ordered me some used rims and new tires, placed locking nuts on tires where this wouldn't happen again. Keeping me informed on price and expectancy the whole time through and visiting with my son to make sure he understood everything.

I recently purchased a vehicle here. My salesman, Mike Collins, was personable, not pushy and made the process easy. The paperwork process was very efficient. I would highly recommend visiting Mike if you are looking for a new vehicle.
