Picked up dinner for the first time. I ordered via the app for curbside pickup. It was very easy to order from, loved the BOGO Bowl special as a new member. We arrived a little early. As soon as we pulled up, someone came out and greeted us and let us know it would be a few more minutes for our food, but would we like our drinks while we wait. The service was excellent. We couldn't wait to eat it while driving home. Both meals were hot and flavorful, we got the Orange Chicken and Teriyaki chicken breast with fried rice. Not a huge menu selection, but if you do a few things right that's all that matters!

We tried the new Teriyaki Madness for pick up on 10/31 and it was really good. Just had 2 chicken bowls...the yakisoba style bowl was a lot of food! They were about 10 min late on our 7:00pm pick up time, but no big deal as they newly opened. Will definitely eat there again.

It was my first time eating here. The wait wasn’t terrible, but the staff at the register weren’t too friendly and mumbled and I had to have them repeat it a few times. The orange chicken was great. A big portion, really. However, I paid extra for fried rice and it was plain awful. It was more like soggy white rice with a touch of orange glaze on it. Couldn’t eat it.

Ordered 5 bowls for pick up and got home and only 4 were in the bag. Called and they made the 5th bowl which I went back to pick up. No apology was offered. I ordered the spicy chicken which I've ordered before. This time it was way more spicy than the last time I ordered it to the point where I could only eat a few bites. I've had good experiences previously. Tonight was not up to par.
