PARDS Fitness Center & Aquatic Center

Perfect for children! The water park is just right for my 6 year old. The water is not too deep and there’s plenty to keep her entertained. The admission price is low and affordable. You can’t bring in snacks and drinks but they have a concession stand that serves everything from pizza to pickles to ice cream. And the prices aren’t bad either. Love it here!

We love this fitness center!! The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming all while being professional. The equipment is in good condition and the staff will help you get the best workout possible from them. We have definitely recommended PARDS to several friends and family.

I was in Denham Springs on business for a month and needed a gym to join. I joined PARDS and was more than happy with it, based on price and services. I came at various hours of the day, depending on my schedule, and never really hit a point where it was overly crowded. There's just the right amount of equipment. Super friendly staff! Recommended.
