CrossFit Upshot

Was in town visiting family, and dropped-in at CrossFit Upshot for the past five days. This box has everything you need to get your work done. The Coaches were knowledgeable and engaging. True to the CrossFit community, Upshot's staff and their Athletes displayed hospitality second to none.

The people here are very welcoming and the trainers do a great job of both teaching proper technique and encouraging growth

Great owners, great teachers, great members- family atmosphere! This is my first month and I am below novice level- everything is scaled. I bring my 6 year old to Upshot Juniors and he loves it! Not your typical gym/not your typical workout. Believe me, if I can do this then anyone can. Check them out, first 2 classes are on the house!

I joined 4 months ago and have lost about 7 lbs going 2-3 times per week and not changing my diet at all. I'm actually eating more to have more energy to workout. My resting heart rate is also down from in the 70s to the low 60s. I wouldn't have done it without the accountability you get from an awesome crossfit group!

The best decision I ever made was joining Upshot. Lee and Michael have developed a professional and challenging program that will test you and push you to your limits. Everyone is family and you'll never have a bad workout.
