Denham Springs Mobile Home Park

It's not the prettiest place but the guy who owns it is so nice and on too of his stuff you don't think about anything else. And north park is a few minutes away!!

I live here cant say much more than that

Denham springs mobile home park rat-infested mudhole trash heap of them springs on by Brad konoba and his wife they both live in White Castle and let's put it that way that they don't take care of it there slumlords they suck they also take care of country Manor country Manor is also another one of their properties and they own several more putting one in Gonzales so my best advice is to steer clear of denham place and country Manor in any trailer parks did you find out what a canova in the last name or Brad canova are you find out his wife

People!! Stay far far far away from this dump! Very poor and selfish management. Couldn't even move my trailer in there. I paid the deposit only to find from my trailer mover that my site was illegal. The landlord told me everyday for 2 weeks oh imma fix it oh imma fix it. I couldn't wait anymore so I moved my trailer to a much nicer and cleaner trailer park. People please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this dump!
