What a great place to eat. Home cooked food with super friendly staff. There is a daily special plus burgers etc. We ate the Fried Liver and Onions, that would be on Tuesdays. It was served with a choice of about 8 sides. Naturally I got mashed potatoes and gravy plus green beans. There is a small homemade dessert to follow.nThere breakfast is also great. Those huge cat head biscuits are to die for. Lots of choices on the morning menu too. Great coffee.

Decent food & decent service. Not my choice, went there for a company meeting. Would've never chose to go there. Our waitress tried to do a good job but she was either burnt out with life's issues, the job, or she just wasn't a good waitress.

Got to the restaurant sat down to order there was not a full menu and the waitress did not even know the sides . My son got chicken fried steak and gravy it was cold the gravy was almost jelly like on top of the steak. I got what they called a hamburger steak and gravy . It was a frozen hamburger patty with gravy it was cold as well as the green beans and corn bread . It was a really bad meal and experience all the way around. Will not be goi g back there again.

Normally I would say we love this place but the last couple of times have been horrible. The waitress was so spazzed out she couldn't work. My husband ordered toast on white bread, she literally just have him two pieces of white bread not toasted. The eggs which he ordered fried over medium was RAW. The grits were cold runny and lumpy. This all cost $30.00!!! We will not be going back and will definitely be telling people I know about this. So sad because I have enjoyed this place for well over 30 years!
