Charlie's Restaurant

We have a new favorite place to eat. Homecoming at its finest. The portions are abundant. If you leave that place and your still hungry, you might want to get checked out. We ate leftovers that night and the next two days before running out.

Was good like always. Wasn't spectacular like it usually is for whatever reason, just good. I think waitress could've been better considering there was only 4 tables full whole we were there. We usually go once a month or at least every other month and this was the first disappointing trip. Will give it another chance before making a crazy decision to take a break from there.

Charlies is always great. It isn’t a fancy restaurant but there food is 2nd to none. You get a lot of food for your money. We love steak night. You get a 14 oz rib eye steak cooked to perfection with a giant baked potato and one side. They also make one of the best potato salads I have ever ate. Service is great and it is a fun atmosphere. Just down home folks. Their Seafood is always cooked perfectly and very consistent. Try it out you won’t be disappointed.

We got take out. Curbside. $75 bought enough great seafood for 3 meals for 2 people. And I'm a big eater. Dinner, followed by a nice big lunch followed by another big dinner. My wife did think some stuff too spicy but not enough for me. So they hit middle of the road. When the virus is behind us and we're in the neighborhood again, we'll go and sit down. Recommended.

Again 5star service. And the food quality was great. Also trying frog legs for the first time was a great experience. Heading back to Houston I'll share my experience at this great restaurant.
