Starbucks

I usually don’t write bad reviews but every time I go to this location there’s something wrong... For example one time I ordered for online pickup before leaving for work and when I got there the doors were locked. So I called and they told me I have to wait in the long to go’s line to get my drink. The whole point of ordering online was to not have to wait in the long line because I didn’t have the time. The workers are super sweet though and really knowledgable, but I’m not sure why there’s always issues at this location specifically.

Nea is my all time favorite when I come to get my coffee but the entire staff is always beyond polite. My coffee is always as perfect as it can come and I just appreciate the really genuine good people who work there. Plus the perks or ordering ahead on a busy morning is beautiful. Thank y'all.

i come to this location ALL the time, and the baristas are always SUPER friendly; very warm and pleasant. love it here!! they always do a wonderful job and i hope they know how appreciated they are

My drink is always great, always welcomed with a smile, and the baristas are very friendly! I love my Jubba Starbucks! They Rock !!

Starbucks was out of whipped cream...whipped cream! It was only about 3:00 pm as well. I canceled my order. That is what makes the espresso not as bitter.nnThe following week,my children ordered peppermint hot chocolate, another regular item for us. Starbux was out of peppermint.Canceled those orders as well. So much for convenience and location.nnI'm not going back,I'm extremely disappointed .
