Pizza Hut

September 25 I used half of my accumulated points which was aware and spent 25$ and they legit stole from me. I never got any of my product called told them to not through my order, guess what Elvis did. Tracy the GM of the area contacted my spouse offering a credit... Why would I want a credit for something I never received, you don't steal money from people during this time and then offer a credit for something you never received I should have gotten my money back and a credit. Tracy emailed 1 time and when asked for money to be returned she has ignored myself and my spouse. We have gone to this pizza hut for the last 30 plus years with our foster children, when I was young, took family walks and ordered numerous times in our apartment we currently live in. The last time before this instead of wings I got fries... Elvis told us our food was out for delivery and over an hour and a half later it still never arrived and still never arrived after 2 hours and after I called. Proper customer service and management would have said we apologize for the hastle I will have your order redelivered or deliver the food personally myself. Until Pizza Hut can square whatever they have going on (I see they have stolen from others in the last few months) they should be closed down and the management should be terminated for these mistakes on a regular basis lately. It's now October 16 and Tracy, Elvis or pizza hut has still not refunded my money. Filing numerous reports and am reaching outso this doesn't happen to anyone else as through these reviews I see it's been happening a lot lately... 4 orders is $100, I'd lose my job if I had that much money stolen from people or missing.

Ordered by phone, picked up myself and everything was delicious, breadsticks, wings and pizza... thank you pizza hut.

Food was okay. Our order was incorrect for the second consecutive visit.nContactless curbside pick up is only awesome when the order is accurate.
