I ordered online before they were even opened. I asked to receive my pizza at 5. It came at 4:45 and it smelled and tasted great. The delivery driver was also nice! 5 stars!!!

Ordered online for pick up. Ordered a dinner box with a cheese pizza, a 3 topping hand tossed pizza, and wings. When I went to pick up they wouldn’t accept a $50 for an order that was over $37. Not pleased but if that’s their policy okay but it should state that on their website when you choose to pay at the store.nThe unfriendly lady working at the register - Saemone was the name on my receipt - was not wearing a mask and didn’t even have one pulled down or anything. The man working had his pulled down. Masks are state mandated and should especially be worn while making food.nMy box cheese pizza was mostly crust and very little cheese - very disappointing for the kids. The hand tossed pizza while picture perfect, was extremely dry and barely had any sauce. The plus was the wings...they were tasty but there was not 16 wings in the bowl so we were shorted.

The customer service is great, but the pizza blows. This Pizza Hut used to be a solid place for a slice, but the last few times I’ve gotten pizza it’s been stiff as a board and barely cut through. And the toppings are fairly stiff in place. Hope this place improves so I can get my Hut again ud83eudd19

They undercook the pizza. Happened 2 times now. Can’t get more basic than that. Quit going here until they fire everyone and go under, maybe a new one will pop up and give a heck about quality and service.

This used to be good. Now the services is terrible and I waited over 1.5 hrs for a pizza on a Wednesday. I don’t know what the franchise owners did but there is a clear issue with management.
