So after a divorce, my credit was so bad that I wasn't able to even open a checking account for over 10 years! However, I happened to be in a Region's Bank in BR to cash a check and decided to ask about opening one with them. All went well but I live in Walker so I normally use the DS location. Every time I've been in, I've only received great service! I went in yesterday to make a deposit and inquire about a secured credit card to try to get my credit score back up. I was told to sit and wait for the next one available to talk to me. Within a couple of minutes, a gentleman named Michah... If I spelled his name right... Came and brought me to his office. He listened close to each detail of what I had to say and then went over my options. I was very impressed with his knowledge of credit cards and credit scores. He gave me several helpful tips as he took all of my information. After signing all of the paperwork, he explained that he would call me the following day when he gets the decision, which is today. I have not yet heard from him but it's still early. Either way, if I get approved or not, I plan to bank with Region's from now on. I have absolutely nothing to say negative! God bless!

Rude personalities whether they try to be or not. They need to focus on customer friendliness during this time of covid social distancing. There tone speaks volumes regardless of what they may be saying. This is a general observation over the past 6 or so months.

I have never really been one to leave reviews on business websites before just because I believe that not all experiences are the same but after today and everything I've experienced I just had to get on here and leave the Denham Springs location for Regions Bank five stars and an excellent review from me!! I had such a horrible experience over the last two weeks with the Oneal location and their staff but after maybe a 10-20 minute visit at this location, every problem I had incurred had been fixed and taking care of. This staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in such a timely manner as well (not that I would have minded if it would have taken long or longer than it did but that was just such a huge plus that they were able to handle it so quickly)! They were so friendly, inviting, welcoming and genuine with me. The lady I spoke with, I believe her name was Amanda if I am remembering correctly, even came out to give me a big hug after everything I'd been through this week. That was so sweet, she was great! And so are the other ladies! The bank is so big and beautiful, it's decorated so nicely and literally spotless clean. I will never go back to Oneal again if I can help it and from now on the Denham Springs Regions Bank will be my home Bank. Everybody come here, I promise you won't leave disappointed!!! XOXO

This place is ALWAYS running extremely slow. I spent almost an hour at the drive thru lane because they decided to only put ONE person running it and were helping others and sending them on their way. Doesn’t say anything to me at all the whole time, and doesn’t even put the money in my account like I asked.. If they need help they should put up a hiring post/sign, yet they would not take anyone else because they are extremely picky!

I went in hoping to get a savings account after being turned down from other banks because of not having very much credit ended up leaving with a Checking account which was great!! And Sarah L. Is the teller who helped me and she was so nice extremely helpful really went above and beyond! Like I said I was just hoping for a savings & she went beyond that so thank you to Sarah & Regions!! Really made my day!ud83dude01
