U-Haul corporate messed up our reservation but the people at 28 East storage were so accommodating and helpful I can't say enough nice about them. Especially the woman at the desk and unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was so kind and helpful. I am disabled and the gentleman in the office offered me a chair and was also very kind and helpful and everyone was friendly.

Wonderful folks here, great customer service every time we do business here, would definitely recommend this company time and time again

I would recommend to anyone! They have the nicest and the units are kept up very well
