They know nothing, especially the lady who answers the phone. I have a building which got a small hole in the roof from a limb. They built the building, went in asking for a single sheet of tin. Told she doesnt understand what I want, for me to scrub the roof. Take pictures and bring them back. All I need is a 2'x10' sheet of tin.
Its an ok building. There are a few boards in this thing that should not have been used, knots and cracks. It has held up though.
Went here looking for a 12x 24 building an they had it available,bit factor steel building just has better material. In the end it's your decision.
