Pho U Vietnamese Cuisine

Being a novice to the wonderful world Pho I wanted to explore this unique opportunity. What I found is now one of my absolute favorite things to eat. The Special Pho is amazing and really hard to put into words because of the flavor explosion that occurs with every bite. They have plenty of other options for the less adventurous so there is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying this place and give your taste buds an adventure they won't forget

It seams the best food comes out of the least expected places. This place did a great job. Our server was excellent. I recommend this location for Pho in the Alexandria LA area. PH13 and Thai Tea fired on all cylinders. Thanks for a great meal Pho U.

Always so delicious. Im never disappointed when i go to Pho U. Great food, great atmosphere, and always super fresh. 10/10 would recommend, especially the spring rolls.

Disappointing. It wasn’t even busy in the restaurant when I walked in.nn1. I should’ve walked right back out when I had to pick a table that looked the most clean.n2. I asked my waitress to leave the menu after I ordered but she came back and took it. Guess she figured I ordered enough food.n3. When I got what I ordered I waited for my chop sticks and spoon because they were not placed at the table when I was seated.n4. The only thing that I really enjoyed were the veggie egg rolls. The Pho broth was not flavorful. I expected the broth to be stronger in flavor than what I tasted today.nnIt may seem like I’m nitpicking, but the service that I received today was not good and my meal was subpar. I use to order the beef and the pork with a fried egg rice plate for lunch when I worked in Alexandria and they met my expectations every time! But today was just disappointing... I didn’t even stay to finish eating my meal there. I paid and went home and will not be returning.

Love the food here. Pho is great and of you want to try an appetizer, I highly recommend the Bahn Mi. Probably the best bbq sandwich I've ever tasted.
