This is a great place to learn self defense and get exercise. Great for children and adults. Kung fu strengthens the body and mind. The instruction is clear and useful. I highly recommend it

I started learning under Sifu Mcglin 4 years ago and at the time was a kid who had never played any sports or anything like that but over time kung fu gave me confidence. When I first joined I would have never thought it possible I could have the confidence to do much in life but as I kept learning under Sifu Mcglin I grew in confidence and when I became a senior in high school I began looking at my options and because of kung fu I had the discipline and mental strength to join the army and now I could not of hoped for anything better. I think everyone can be strengthened by Kung fu mentally and physically. I think it’s essential for young kids and teens to have that opportunity to build themselves up in a structured environment.

I joined this school a few weeks ago at age 40. The teachers are nice and knowledgeable and I have very much enjoyed my experience so far. I am terribly out of shape and a smoker. But I'm doing this. So if you think you are too old or too whatever you are not. Great place to learn

Legendary Kung Fu is truly the place for you or your children! Owner's James and Krista are phenomenal and have been in the business for 15+ years, and it shows. Some of the best people in Cenla! Genuinely nice and care about offering the best services, to your family!
