A little dirty, machines needed attention near the floor. Women's bathroom nasty. Monthly dues very affordable (get what you pay for, right?) People are friendly which is great.

Love this gym! On the smaller side, but has a little bit of everything for your fitness needs. Hosting regular boot camps, and having trainers that help you get out more from your workout. From low impact cable machines and ellipticals to deadlift station, multiple types of benches, and great squat racks. Basic is a 24 hour gym allowing you to workout when ever you have time! This gym is definitely one of my favorites in Natchitoches!
