The workout area is nicely laid out. Workout area looked pretty clean. shower stalls need to be cleaned a little better. otherwise good size gym. Not too crowded Sunday morning around 10:00 a.m.

The Staff is top notch and more impressive is they actually live up to the slogan. I have seen several experienced people helping to train and guide ones just coming back or starting a new lifestyle. Love it

It was great to be back. Been at least 6 maybe 7 years. I love the way TV he equipment is spaced out & some of it has transparent barriers separating the treadmills. Always clean.

Looks clean and they have now put plexiglass between treadmills.nI do think they need to ask people to remember to clean equipment after they work out. I did notice some people just left the equipment after working out and didn’t clean the equipment.

Great place to workout. Kept clean and friendly staff.
