**Summary of a very long post: Spangler started out great, but ended as in multiple headache for me, as well as my guests. I DO NOT recommend. I left more than one star ONLY because the bus was in nice condition**nnI used Spangler Tours for my recent wedding. Initially, Mrs. Spangler was very helpful and I was excited to have shuttle for my wedding. Even a month before when my now husband called to pay our balance and request and earlier pick-up, Mrs. Spangler seemed to be the best saying we could easily add time without paying extra. All we needed to do was call back. However, things quickly went down hill. Initially, when my wedding planner called for confirm times, she was told we had not paid our balance when we indeed had. When I called back to straighten things out, I also asked if the bus could arrive early, Mrs. Spangler said that was nearly impossible and on top of that, out 8 hour time would now include travel, so the bus would not be there until the last bus was scheduled to leave. I explained this was not covered in any receipt or email and that if anything, we needed the bus to arrive no later than 3pm. She said she would see what she could do and that she would call me back. I did not hear back, so I called the next day. Mrs. Spangler said the bus could arrive a little early and she had worked things out. My wedding planner then confirmed the timeline and emailed a schedule, including the venue address. The bus arrived on time, but then the drive had the wrong address. The drive took several wrong roads and ended up on a dirt road where he could not turn around. This lead the groom and groomsmen to arrive 45 minutes late. This tardiness and error resulted in there only being one shuttle to our venue, instead of two, in order to start our reception on time, and left guests waiting in a hotel lobby. My wedding planner called Mrs. Spangler to explain the situation and all she could say was that she upgraded the size of the bus for free, so we should be happy. Then, at the end of the night, the bus was to make two trips. When guests got on the bus, they sat for an extended period of time while the bus driver watched a movie on his ipad. One of my guests had to ask him when they would be leaving, and he said only at 10pm and he was only making one trip. My guests had to inform he he was to make multiple trips. In the end, I cannot say who is more to blame, the driver or Spangler Tours. Unfortunately, I would not use their services again. I believe that only due to the flexibility of my guests and my wedding planner did things go even as well as they did.

Great to work with for our group of small business owners on retreat in Alexandria. They were very accommodating in picking up participants who had various flight/arrival and departure times. They even surprised us on the last night taking us to dinner in a limo. Professional, punctual and courteous. They went above and beyond to take good care of us. Will definitely be using their services again.

Had the best experience on the trip to Arc encounter, Creation museum and other stops. Anyone who wants to have a great vacation book with Splangler
