Monroe Regional Airport

Very Nice staff. No food. Restaurant closed. Only vending machines. Had a 3 hr delay due to weather. Was super hungry

Nice,small,clean reginal airport, and the lady at National rental car stayed late because our flight from Houston was delayed,she made my day !

It doesn't seem that you need to be 2 hours early since they don't open the TSA gate more than 45 min before take off. Great staff and experience though!

The experience I have had with airport is terrible. I have landed here from Dallas and my bag was damaged. I went to the desk to ask to help me get a claim on it. They were like you have to give us the bag to get a claim on it. Like did they expect me to carry all my stuff in my hands?nThe next experience is when I tried calling the airport to get in contact to see when the airport will open. I tried calling all the numbers to get in contact but not a single person picked up or got back in touch with me. I checked their website but no update about the when it will be open up back again. This is just a terrible airport. I have been to smaller counties around the world with better service than this airport. I have to say this is not the busiest airport. If you go to the airport 45 mins before the flight you should be good because the TSA isn't going to open before that. Customer service is terrible but it is very easy to get to the gate in time even if you get late. I wish this wasnt the only option for me to travel out of. I would definitely use another airport if I have a choice.
