Storage Depot - I-10

Rented a Uhaul from this place. Ordered dollies and blankets. They had none. Told me that people usually don't return them. It would be nice to know this in advance. Went in to extend my rental. She could not find my order on the computer and it seems she charged a rental to some random stranger. I hope it go sorted out.

Nice modern place to rent uhauls as apposed to where I've rented before.

First I tried renting a U-Haul through here only to be stood up never contacted although I had 2 reservation numbers I happen to call the day before just to make sure everything was ready to go and they said I don’t show you have a reservation nor do I have trucks on my lot we had to do some major readjusting to get our truck from somewhere else at the last minute… Then we come today to get all my stuff which by the way is all brand new furniture that came from the furniture company straight from their truck to our storage (about six months ago )we came to get it out of storage today it is full of roaches there are roaches running out of the storage from next-door storage across the whole storage...So now my brand spanking new furniture has roaches in it and I pay $110 a month for my 10 x 10 storage

Handled the crowd during the aftermath of Hurricane Delta being one of the few places with gas .

Front desk was very rude
