I had a great experience. Johnathan really knows his stuff. I had damage from Hurricane Laura and he got my truck mixed up right. They worked with insurance & I didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend.

I was hit by someone in a parking lot and their insurance, Progressive, only warrantied two places in Lake Charles: Keith’s Paint and Body, and another one I can’t remember. After reading reviews, I went with Keith’s and I’m so glad I did! They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with the status of the job. My car ended up needing to be taken to the Toyota dealership for some electrical work and Keith’s towed it there and back and were able to finish the work in perfect timing for me to switch back to my car and give my dad his car back. When I picked up my car, the associate explained everything that happened from the start of the process and made sure to answer any questions I had.

During our latest crisis with snow, ice and low temperatures Keith Paint and Body Shop had my vehicle ready in record time. Jonathan stepped forward and offered to pick me up at Budget so I could drop off my rental. I then had transportation to Keith Paint and Body Shop. Weather that particular day had heavy rains. I could not get friends,but Jonathan solved that issue. My vehicle was washed and vacuum Ed.

Always greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff and receive superior results ! We send all our family there for great service.

Extremely fantastic customer service. Car was ready early and I was aware of the status through consistent updates. Highly recommend.
