I am a client so I called twice last week to inquire about updates to a class action law suit and no one has yet to give me information nor return my phone calls. It is very frustrating because it's a simple question.

You know you would expect a lawyer to return your phone call when you have a extremely expensive lawsuit to your benefit especially when being rear-ended in an automobile accident by a Suddenlink vehicle. Apparently being on the 10th floor of the capital one building downtown office feels that they don't need my business. Granted the hurricane did destroy the building in the office downtown but they have relocated to another office and are still doing business. You would think they would want a high dollar lawsuit case to recoup their losses from losing their lofty previous office location.

This private practice is the lawyer I would use for any issue if possible. Chris is very personable and takes care of his clients! There was an issue with communication due to technical issues but nonetheless This is my place!
