Lake Charles Regional Airport

Zerooooo! American Airlines This airline is a garbage. After I buy the exact Kennel for my puppy, they indicate that it does not fit under the seat because my dog should edit and spin. My puppy always sleeps on travel. Thanks to this airline made the trip horrible for my children they did not stop crying because we had to leave our puppy in another country and try to resolve it with us.ud83dudc4e

American Airlines- If I could give 0 stars I would. Was there 45 minutes before flight but said us and 3 other groups had not even checked in so they wouldn't let anyone on the plane. This place was a complete joke. Asia Fleur was the worst, so rude, and just left everyone standing at the desk until it was too late to board. The clerk people were beyond useless. Now we're on a standby list and are going to miss the connection flight too. Absolutely absurd.

The airport was nice and clean very appealing to the eye. However the rental company did not have my car as promised. The agent that booked the car for me over the phone and took my credit card information should have informed me before showing up at the airport that they would not be having anything available to me.Needless to say I should never use Alamo who is also a sister company of Enterprise car rental s. Can you imagine traveling expecting a car to be waiting for you at the airport to find your on foot. I would imagine that these two companies lose a lot of business for the airport and themselves.

The staff at L.C. Regional Airport were A1 & 2 employees stoodout among the rest. They were extremely helpful, professional, and went above & beyond to assist me w/ transferring items to my other luggage bag to make sure my bags made weight before departing. Big Thanks to Dana & Jordan!!! Other Airports should model their employees after these two. Great Job guys!ud83dudc4d

I was there when they were cleaning up and rebuilding after Laura deviated the Lake Charles area. Amazing locals and the people that came to help. The airport got the power back on the day I got there. Awesome people. A beautiful little airport. I pray all y'all recover and rebuild quickly. Be Blessed
