Lorrain Parish Park

$12 for water and electric camping. They have a dump station. Camp host was friendly enough. We met some nice locals and another full time family, so it was an enjoyable experience. We walked across the historic bridge and up the road. Saw turtles and frogs on the walk. My son caught a brown anole in camp. Lots of mosquitoes, but it is next to a swamp. We would stay here again. My only complaint is you have to reserve, we prefer to just get a site on arrival.

Good clean park well maintained very quiet except the occasional airboat but I enjoyed those too...It’s been a great except we stayed 11 days at 12 bucks a day water and power hook up but sewer must be taken to the dump station which is free to use everything worked well and was clean or tidy sewer can’t be clean Great park you can only stay 14 days in a 30 day period the boat ramps well maintained A+ highly recommended

Such a great little camping secret! Beautiful grounds, quiet, close to the water. We will definitely be back!

Quiet clean place. Great to take photos, camp, or to just hang out. Oh, and, great boat launch.

Very nice quiet rv park. Nice fishing spot, has playground for the kids.
