Best Western Oakdale Inn

This has been absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in a stay, period. The innkeeper seemed a bit shifty though that may just be first impression stuff. He would not look up about our corporate rates. The room was not truly clean—the couch was stained and for the second time in my life I did a bug check upon entering. The sink appeared to be clogged and there was absolutely no hot water this morning. Nobody was around to check out. I even called the desk after hollering for someone for five minutes. I wish I could give zero stars.

Best place in Oakdale but by no means is it great service we was placed there for 2 weeks due to damage to our home and not once did they leave any linen for baths or a change of sheets at the desk and when I went to the front desk the foreign man said i have to get all that during house keeping hours then called the landlord who placed us there we was using too many supplies because we requested towels, tissue paper,and coffee (all free of charge items that comes with the room when it is paid for) after housekeeping hours due to work hours I sleep during housekeeping hours then I had a family member come by and check on me and visit to make sure I was OK and didn't need anything she could help with that was a problem and I had to many people in my room well last time I checked there was not a rule thats said who can and can't come visit you when you have paid for the room as long as you not damaging the room or disturbing other guest it don't matter who comes because the room is paid for never will I ever stay there again even if it is free... worst service ever cant believe it still is able to be a choice hotel Best Western chain and other hotels are getting worse and worse with these owners who come from other countries before long we won't be able to go in any store where they don't own or run

So we stayed during remodeling it wasnt bad loud at all the workers start at 6 am an stop at 9pm decent priced an very very clean social distancing was in place at the hotel the 2 women workers are so nice an attentive they are Mrs Evelyn an Mrs Virginia housekeeping is also really nice also an very fast attentive to anything uou may need they also in the morning's do a grab an go breakfast since covid is around an the grab an go is 2 cuties 3 small bluberry an chocolate chip muffins 2 waters an 2 danish strawberry an cream cheese rolls its all yummy so our stay here is definitely worth it will definitely be back Thank You Bestwestern Staff An Hotel for our very very comfortable stay an i need to mention Mr Robby Hotel Manager he was so very nice an helped my mom with her questions about the room amount an rates he was a whiz at getting her the best deal for our room since we extended our stay do to my dr's appointment on the 8th which is only 3 days from now he knew what he could offer an it was a great deal so Thank You Mr Manager Robby at Bestwestern yall are awesome ud83dudc4c ud83dude0a

Very clean would stay again. staff was pleasant. Not all channels worked but I was there during hurricane delta

When we arrived for Homecoming the young lady at the front desk let us check in early . Even though breakfast was not being offered the room was very comfortable and made our overnight stay enjoyable. Next time we are in Oakdale we will stay there again.
