This gym is amazing and the coach Angela is awesome. I drop in here when I visit family and they always make me feel welcome. If you’re nervous about crossfit or an experienced lifter, this is the place for you.

This is my hometown box. The coaching is top notch. The offer classes for children as well has child care in the 8:30 am class.nnEverytime I travel and visit I other boxes my slogan is the same “there’s no place like home”. I highly recommend this box for its expert programming, and family atmosphere.

Outstanding and extremely knowledgeable staff. They took the time to make sure I had correct form. My kids also are getting a lot from the kids classes.nI would highly recommend just giving this place a try. (They offered me a free class to see if I enjoyed it)
